Happy Befday to My Best Friend!

Today is my cousin's birthday and I just want her to know how much I love her! She is always there for me. She's fun to talk to. She is always understanding. She has the cutest little family ever. No matter what we do, we always have fun together! Even when she is mad, she will still laugh. She's an awesome mom and I look up to her a lot! I hope you have a great day Shelli & 23rd year! You deserve it! Love ya!
